Our 3m CAT5e XOver network cables and ethernet patch leads come in 5 colours: blue, grey, red, violet and yellow. There are 7 to choose from. All have U/UTP construction. You can choose between 24 AWG and 26 AWG conductors.
Where a 3m CAT5e XOver lead fits
At 3m, a CAT5e XOver lead covers the everyday desk connection - a PC, phone or printer to its wall socket - and carries Gigabit Ethernet with lots of headroom, since CAT5e XOver is rated for 1Gbps up to 100m. Crossover wiring lets you connect two computers or two switches directly. Most current equipment detects this automatically, so a crossover lead is mainly needed with older devices.
