Our 2m CAT5e XOver network cables and ethernet patch leads come in 6 colours: blue, green, grey, red, violet and yellow. There are 8 to choose from. All have U/UTP construction. You can choose between 24 AWG and 26 AWG conductors.
Where a 2m CAT5e XOver lead fits
2m CAT5e XOver leads suit a router to a switch, or a computer to a floor box. CAT5e XOver carries 1Gbps over the full 100m, so a 2m lead never comes close to its limit. Crossover wiring lets you connect two computers or two switches directly. Most current equipment detects this automatically, so a crossover lead is mainly needed with older devices.
