0.5m cables in this range come in black, blue, green, grey, orange, pink, red, violet, white and yellow: 34 in all. All have 24 AWG conductors and U/UTP construction.
Where a 0.5m lead fits
Short 0.5m leads keep a patch panel neat. With no spare cable hanging in loops, air moves freely through the cabinet and each connection can be followed by eye from end to end. Whatever the length, a copper Ethernet link should not exceed 100m from end to end.
