A 0.5m Cat6 patch lead with an RJ45 plug at each end. Cat6 carries Gigabit Ethernet with plenty of headroom, and 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m.
24 AWG full copper conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
0.5m suits short connections such as a router to a modem or switch on the same desk, or patching between neighbouring rack units. Pink is an unusual colour that stands out, handy for picking out one particular connection.
