About LC - MPO connectors
These leads convert between two connector types, so equipment and patch panels with different connectors can be linked directly. LC is a small push-pull connector with a latch, used on SFP modules and most modern switches and patch panels. MPO connectors bring many fibres together in a single plug, for 40G and 100G optics and for trunk cables between cabinets.
