3m OS2 MPO to 4x LC Duplex Breakout Cable QSFP Yellow
OS2 is 9/125 single mode fibre for long-distance links, carrying 1, 10 and 100 Gigabit Ethernet over kilometres rather than hundreds of metres with the right transceivers, and it is used between buildings, in campus backbones and for carrier connections.
This breakout cable has an MPO connector at one end and four duplex LC connectors at the other. It splits a 40G QSFP+ or 100G QSFP28 port into four 10G or 25G connections. It is wired to Method B polarity; check that it matches the rest of your link.
A 3m lead reaches between neighbouring racks or from a patch panel to equipment across a comms room.
