0.5m cables in this range come in blue and grey: 2 in all. All have 26 AWG conductors and F/UTP construction. We do not list green at 0.5m; the nearest length in green is 50m.
Where a 0.5m lead fits
A 0.5m lead is the tidy option inside a cabinet or rack, where it can run straight from a patch panel port to the switch port below it with no slack to coil up. Copper Ethernet supports links of up to 100m, counting every lead and cable along the way.
