2m CAT8 Ethernet Cables
2m cables in this range come in black, blue, white and yellow: 4 in all. All have 26 AWG conductors, S/FTP construction and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) sheath. Aqua is not listed at 2m - the nearest aqua length is 1.5m.
Where a 2m lead fits
For a desk or a home office, 2m usually covers the distance from the device to the socket with a little to spare, so the lead can drop neatly behind furniture rather than being pulled tight across the gap. Whatever the length, a copper Ethernet link should not exceed 100m from end to end.
