20m 24 AWG Snagless LSZH CAT6 UTP Patch Cables
At 20m the range runs to 15 cables in 9 colours - black, blue, green, grey, orange, pink, red, white and yellow. All have 24 AWG conductors and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) sheath. Violet is not listed at 20m - the nearest violet length is 15m.
Where a 20m lead fits
Long leads like these 20m ones are for links between rooms or to distant equipment, such as a temporary connection, an event or a device out of reach of a wall socket. For a permanent run, fixed installation cable and wall sockets are usually neater. Whatever the length, a copper Ethernet link should not exceed 100m from end to end.
