20m Network Cable CAT6 Red Snagless LSOH
A 20m Cat6 patch lead with snagless RJ45 plugs at each end and a low smoke LSOH sheath. Cat6 carries Gigabit Ethernet with plenty of headroom, and 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m.
Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch from catching or snapping off when the lead is pulled through a busy cabinet. The LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, as often required in offices, schools and public buildings. 24 AWG full copper conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
A 20m lead can take a connection into the next room or along a corridor, to a home office, games room or loft. Measure the route around door frames and skirting before choosing. Red is easy to spot, which is why many installers keep it for key links that must not be unplugged by mistake.
