25m Cat6 Outdoor Ethernet Cable Black U/UTP PE
Cat6 is rated to 250MHz, giving Gigabit Ethernet plenty of headroom and supporting 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m. The four twisted pairs are unshielded (U/UTP), the usual choice for homes and offices where electrical interference is low.
The polyethylene (PE) outer jacket is made for outdoor use, for example connecting an outbuilding, a CCTV camera or an outdoor access point. Moulded boots grip the RJ45 plugs firmly and relieve strain where the cable meets the connector.
At 25m, measure the route before ordering and allow a little extra for drip loops and fixing points. Choose black to colour code your network, for example by department, device type or VLAN.
