20m CAT8 Ethernet Cable CAT8.1 White LSZH 40Gbps
A 20m Cat8.1 lead for 25 and 40 Gigabit Ethernet, rated to 2000MHz. Cat8 is designed for short, fast links of up to 30m between switches, servers and storage, and it works at every slower speed too.
Each pair is foil wrapped inside an overall screen (S/FTP), and the RJ45 plugs have 50 micron gold plated contacts. Snagless boots protect the latches, and the flush moulded ends fit neatly side by side in busy switch ports. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, which is why it is often asked for in offices, schools and public buildings.
A 20m lead can take a connection into the next room or along a corridor, to a home office, games room or loft. Measure the route around door frames and skirting before choosing. White suits white walls, skirting boards and ceiling-mounted kit, where you want the cable to be less noticeable.
