CAT6 Network Cable Red 1.5m

CAT6 Network Cable Red 1.5m

A 1.5m Cat6 patch lead from our economy range with a low smoke LSOH sheath. Cat6 runs Gigabit Ethernet with plenty of headroom, and can carry 10 Gigabit over shorter runs, so it is a good upgrade from Cat5e for new installs.

1.5m suits short connections such as a router to a modem or switch on the same desk, or patching between neighbouring rack units. Red stands out, so it is often kept for important links such as a firewall, router or server uplink. Both RJ45 plugs have moulded boots to take the strain off the joint.
