40m CAT6 Economy Patch Cables
At 40m the range runs to 3 cables in 3 colours - black, grey and white. All have 24 AWG conductors, U/UTP construction and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) sheath. Green is not listed at 40m - the nearest green length is 10m.
Where a 40m lead fits
At 40m, these leads reach equipment well away from the nearest socket: a camera at the far end of a warehouse, a stage at an event or a garden office. Keep them clear of power cables where possible and protect them where they cross doorways. Whatever the length, a copper Ethernet link should not exceed 100m from end to end.
