25m Snagless Network Cable CAT5e UTP LSOH Grey
A 25m Cat5e patch lead with snagless RJ45 plugs at each end and a low smoke LSOH sheath. Cat5e carries Gigabit Ethernet, which covers broadband, home and office networks, PCs, printers, games consoles and smart TVs.
Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch from catching or snapping off when the lead is pulled through a busy cabinet. The LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, as often required in offices, schools and public buildings. 24 AWG full copper conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
At 25m this is a long run lead for reaching a distant office, workshop or ceiling-mounted access point. Ethernet works over up to 100m of cable, so this length is well within the limit. Grey is the usual colour for general patching and blends into most cabinets.
