20m Snagless Patch Cable Green 24 AWG Network Cable
A 20m Cat5e patch lead with snagless RJ45 plugs at each end and a low smoke LSOH sheath. Cat5e carries Gigabit Ethernet, which covers broadband, home and office networks, PCs, printers, games consoles and smart TVs.
Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch from catching or snapping off when the lead is pulled through a busy cabinet. The LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, as often required in offices, schools and public buildings. 24 AWG full copper conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
A 20m lead can take a connection into the next room or along a corridor, to a home office, games room or loft. Measure the route around door frames and skirting before choosing. Green helps separate one group of connections, such as a second network, from the rest of the cabinet.
