20m OM3 MPO 12 Fibre Trunk Cable Aqua
OM3 is laser-optimised 50/125 multimode fibre, designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300m and 40/100 Gigabit links up to 100m with parallel optics, the standard choice for server rooms and building backbones.
This MPO trunk cable carries 12 fibres between two MPO connectors in one compact cable, used to link pre-terminated cassettes and panels in data centres and for 40 and 100 Gigabit parallel optics. It is wired to Method B polarity, the common choice for parallel optic links; check that your cassettes and panels use the same method.
At 20m it can run between cabinets or along a data hall, keeping spare cable to a minimum. Because trunks are made to length, measure the route between cabinets before ordering.
