20m Grey CAT5e Shielded Patch Cable Full Copper
A 20m Cat5e foil shielded (F/UTP) patch lead with an RJ45 plug at each end. Cat5e carries Gigabit Ethernet, which covers broadband, home and office networks, PCs, printers, games consoles and smart TVs.
Shielding keeps interference out where leads run near mains cables, motors or fluorescent lighting; it works best when the switch and patch panel are shielded too. 26 AWG full copper conductors keep the lead slimmer and more flexible.
A 20m lead can take a connection into the next room or along a corridor, to a home office, games room or loft. Measure the route around door frames and skirting before choosing. Grey is the usual colour for general patching and blends into most cabinets.
