15m Network Cable Snagless Yellow CAT6 Internet Cable
A 15m Cat6 patch lead with snagless RJ45 plugs at each end and a low smoke LSOH sheath. Cat6 carries Gigabit Ethernet with plenty of headroom, and 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m.
Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch from catching or snapping off when the lead is pulled through a busy cabinet. The LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, as often required in offices, schools and public buildings. 24 AWG full copper conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
15m is long enough to run between rooms or up to an upstairs office from the router. Allow a little extra for going around corners and furniture. Yellow is commonly used to mark out uplinks or powered (PoE) devices in a cabinet.
