15m Low Smoke Snagless CAT6 Patch Cable White 24 AWG
A 15m Cat6 patch lead with snagless RJ45 plugs at each end and a low smoke LSZH sheath. Cat6 carries Gigabit Ethernet with plenty of headroom, and 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m.
Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch from catching or snapping off when the lead is pulled through a busy cabinet. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) sheath gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, as often required in offices, schools and public buildings. 24 AWG conductors give lower resistance, which helps on longer runs and with PoE.
A 15m lead can take a connection into the next room or along a corridor, to a home office, games room or loft. Measure the route around door frames and skirting before choosing. White suits white walls, skirting boards and ceiling-mounted kit, where you want the cable to be less noticeable.
