A 1.5m Cat6a patch lead from the PatchSee DirectPATCH range, with light tracing built into the cable. Shine a PatchSee PatchLight (not included) into the boot at one end and the other end lights up, so you can find both ends of a lead in a busy cabinet or patch panel without unplugging anything or following it by hand.
Cat6a is rated to 500MHz for 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Each pair has its own foil screen (U/FTP), which cuts crosstalk between pairs and outside interference. The LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket gives off little smoke and no toxic halogen gas if it catches fire, which is why it is often specified for offices, schools and other public buildings.
