0.1m Cat6 Ethernet Cable Blue U/UTP PVC 24AWG
Cat6 is rated to 250MHz, giving Gigabit Ethernet plenty of headroom and supporting 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m. The four twisted pairs are unshielded (U/UTP), the usual choice for homes and offices where electrical interference is low.
The PVC jacket is flexible and hard-wearing, a practical choice behind desks, TVs and equipment at home or in the office. Moulded boots grip the RJ45 plugs firmly and relieve strain where the cable meets the connector. 24 AWG conductors keep resistance low, which helps on longer leads and when powering PoE devices.
At 0.1m it is a short patch lead, ideal for connecting a patch panel to a switch in the same cabinet without loops of spare cable. Mixing colours such as blue with the rest of our range makes it simple to trace connections later.
