What is a fibre pigtail?
A pigtail is a short length of tight buffered fibre with a factory polished connector on one end. The bare end is fusion spliced to a fibre in the installed cable, giving a low loss, high quality termination without polishing connectors on site.
Choose the connector to match the adapters in the patch panel and the grade to match the cable: OM3 or OM4 multimode, or OS2 single mode.
