Two piece unshielded RJ45 plugs for stranded Cat6 patch cable. The insert holds the pairs in order so the thicker Cat6 conductors are easy to line up before crimping.

Crimp with a suitable RJ45 crimp tool, and test each finished lead with a cable tester.
