305m CAT6A Network Cable Ice Blue F/FTP LSZH Solid 23AWG B2ca
CAT6A cable is rated to 500MHz and carries 10 Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100m channel, ready for faster switches and Wi-Fi access points. F/FTP construction has a foil screen around each pair and an overall foil screen as well, for the best protection against interference; terminate it with shielded connectors and earth the screen.
Solid copper conductors are made for permanent installation, run through walls, ceilings and trunking and punched down to patch panels, faceplates and keystone jacks. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket gives off little smoke and no halogen gas in a fire, often required in offices, schools and public buildings. It is rated Euroclass B2ca for reaction to fire under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), one of the highest classes, often specified for public buildings, escape routes and high-occupancy sites.
The 305m length covers several runs; keep each permanent link within 90m so that patch leads at each end bring the full channel to no more than 100m. The ice blue jacket makes it easy to pick out this cable in a busy installation.
