305m CAT6 Outdoor Network Cable Black F/UTP Solid 23AWG
CAT6 cable is rated to 250MHz, carrying Gigabit Ethernet with extra headroom and 10 Gigabit over shorter runs of up to 55m. F/UTP construction has an overall foil screen around the four pairs, giving protection against outside interference; terminate it with shielded connectors and earth the screen.
Solid copper conductors are made for permanent installation and punch down to patch panels, faceplates and keystone jacks. The black outdoor-grade jacket is made for runs outside a building, such as to CCTV cameras, gates, outbuildings and external access points. Bring it inside to a suitable termination point, as outdoor cable is not intended for runs inside a building.
The 305m length covers several runs; keep each permanent link within 90m so that patch leads at each end bring the full channel to no more than 100m.
