305m CAT5e Network Cable Grey U/UTP PVC Solid 24AWG Eca
CAT5e cable carries Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100m channel, the most economical choice for offices, homes and general cabling. Unshielded U/UTP construction is quick to terminate and suits most office and home installations.
Solid copper conductors are made for permanent installation, run through walls, ceilings and trunking and punched down to patch panels, faceplates and keystone jacks. The PVC jacket is tough and flexible for general indoor installation. It is rated Euroclass Eca for reaction to fire under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), the basic class often used in homes and low-risk areas.
The 305m length covers several runs; keep each permanent link within 90m so that patch leads at each end bring the full channel to no more than 100m. The grey jacket makes it easy to identify this cable in a busy installation.
