1m SATA Female to Female Straight-Straight Red Data Cable

A 1m internal SATA data cable with straight connectors at both ends, for connecting a SATA hard drive, SSD or optical drive to the motherboard or a controller card.

It is rated for SATA revision 1 (1.5Gbps). It also works with faster drives and ports, though a 6Gbps rated cable is the better choice for modern SSDs. One metre is the longest length for internal SATA, useful in large tower cases.
