15m AOC USB 3.0 Fibre Optic Active Extension Cable 5Gbps

A 15m active optical USB 3.0 extension that carries SuperSpeed data (5Gbps) over fibre optic cores, with copper wires alongside for power. It plugs in like an ordinary extension lead but keeps full USB 3.0 speed over a distance far beyond a normal copper cable.

It is ideal for cameras, VR sensors, drives and other USB 3.0 devices that need to be well away from the computer. Please note it only works with USB 3.0 devices; it is not backwards compatible with USB 2.0.

Connectors: USB 3.0 A male to USB 3.0 A female
Length: 15m
Data: 5Gbps (USB 3.0 devices only)
Construction: 4 fibre cores, 4 copper cores
Cable diameter: 4.5mm
Metal connectors
