10m OM3 LC-LC 50/125 Fibre Cable Aqua
A 10m duplex OM3 fibre patch lead with LC connectors at both ends. Duplex means two fibres, one to send and one to receive, so a single lead connects a pair of ports.
OM3 is laser-optimised 50/125 multimode fibre. It carries 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to about 300m and 40/100 Gigabit up to about 100m, which makes it a common choice for new server room and backbone patching.
LC plugs are small push-and-latch connectors used on SFP and SFP+ transceivers, modern switches and high density patch panels.
10m runs across a comms room, for example from a core switch to a cabinet on the other side. Avoid bending it tighter than 60mm, as sharp bends weaken the signal and can damage the fibre. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket suits offices, data centres and public buildings.
