A 0.5m adapter lead with an IEC C14 plug at one end and a UK 13A socket at the other, for running a device with an ordinary UK plug from a C13 outlet on a rack PDU or UPS.

The C14 end is rated 10A, so keep the load within that and do not use it to power an extension lead.
